Why should i clean my carpet?
Even if you don't think your carpets are dirty because you don't see any spots,think again.Dirt goes deep down to the bottom of the carpet fibers and slowly destroys your carpet. Cleaning your carpets will make your home a much healthier place to be. Carpets can hold large amounts of dirt,pollens,allergens and mold spores.
How often should i get my carpets cleaned?
Carpet manufacturers recommend getting your carpets clean every 6-18 month depending on your traffic.
Will you remove all my stains?
Let me start by defining the difference between a spot and a stain; a spot- is any foreign material (soil,liquids,etc.) that is removable by standart cleaning methods. (the foreign material is on or around the carpet fiber) A stain- is foreign material on carpet that is not removable by standart cleaning methods. The foreign material has penetrated "soaked into" fiber and has changed or damaged the fiber itself. Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove.

Yes, our process leaves your carpet fresh,clean,residue free and soft to the touch.
What do i have to do to get ready?
Unless other arrangements are made,we expect for you to have some prepara-tory work done before we arrive.Brakable items need to be moved out of the area,end tables and coffe tables need to be of lamps and other awkward/breakable items.The carpet should also be vacuumed before we arrive.It will also be great if you have a space available for the van in your driveway or in front of your home.
What should i do about my pets?
Arrangments should be made to keep your pets off the area being cleaned until the carpeting is dry,it will usually take 6-8 hours to dry,air movers and good ventilation will expedite drying.
Do you move furniture?
Yes,we move light furnishings like coffe tables,small lamps,dining room chairs..etc.But,we generally don't move televisions,china cabinets,computer stands,office furniture,entertainment centers..etc.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use a truck mounted steam cleaning system using the Rotovac Powerwand as you can see it on the "carpet cleaning" page on our web site,also we have a portable unit when we cannot use the truck mount.
